The margins that ruler allows edit are not paper margins.

(on the image in the help file's topic about TRVPrint, these are margins

inside the yellow area).

Well, theoretically the ruler can be used for defining paper margins. Not in

editor, but on in some special page layout window. Currently RichViewActions

allows to enter paper margins size only in TRvActionPageSetup dialog.
