Well... yes and no.

Yes, there is one available here (TRuler v1.42)

No, there is no specialized version for TRichView like TRVRuler.

So for the moment you'll have todo some coding yourself :)

Note:

- Since v1.40 some changes were made to the ruler which are not

100% compatible with the version included with RVActions.

(mainly property LeftInset was renamed/replaced by property Inset).
