Unicode exporting problem

I have a non unicode text file. I used the Editor 1 (demo provided by

TRichview once installed) to insert file into the rve editor. I have

inserted as the autodetect type. Then try to export it to a text file again.

After that change my locale setting to Japanese, I can read the exported

text file.

Gone through the whole process mentioned above again but this time I have

tried to export the file to rtf. After change the locale to japanese, the

content is still not readable. Why??
