Looks like this is a bug described here:

TBDEDataSet.FreeRecordBuffer

"The leak occurs only once per Dataset ", so it is not repeatable (unless

you'll close and reopen tables), and will not cause problems (unless you'll

close and reopen tables).

This bug is not listed in http://www.automatedqa.com/support/leaksd5.asp, so

I believe it was fixed since D5.
