TRichViewEdit insert one line at the begining of a text

I download the demos of TrichViewEdit and y try to use it. I compile the

demos

project REditor at RV\Delphi\Demos\Editors\Editor 2 and when I load one file

(I changed the source code for load RTF's files) then editor insert one blank

line at the begining of the file. How can correct this ?
