TRichView.LoadRVFFromStream() = Access Violation

When I call

  rv.LoadRVFFromStream(ms);

I get an access violation, but only if a table exists.  Even though an

AV occurs, the data appears to be fine. I see this only within the IDE

and not when running the application.

Can somebody explain what's going on here?
