No,  OnItemAction is a notification event, it does not allow to prevent the

operation.

Sorry, currently I do not know how to implement this kind of protection. In

MS Word, paragraphs are represented as fake characters at the end. There are

no such paragraph marks in TRichView... For example, what should the

component protect if the user pastes multiline text in this paragraph? Or if

he/she presses DELETE at the beginning of this paragraph (and it is about to

be merged with the previous one)?
