Yes, AppendRVFFromStream ignores the paragraph style of the first paragraph

and uses value from the second parameter instead. It's useful if, for

example, you want to add its content to the end of the existing paragraphs.

Use rv.InsertRVFFromStream(Stream, rv.ItemCount) instead.
