Include rvoTagsArePChars in RichViewEdit.Options.

It's required to store URLs in documents

1) Include RVGifAnimate in your project if you use Anders Melander's

TGifImage, or RVJvGifAnimate if you use JVCL's TJvGIFImage.

2) Set RichViewEdit.AnimationMode = rvaniOnFormat
