No, this is not true in case of RichView.

But, theoretically, this kind of WYSIWYG can be achieved in RichView:

- format document in TRVReportHelper on some offscreen hi-resolution canvas;

- draw this document both on screen and in printer as a preview.

I plan to include support for these actions in v1.8

As for WYSIWYG editing - I cannot say yet.
