No, current version of RichView does not support tabs.

If you need layout with columns, you need to use tables.

Support of headers and footers is limited.

Shareware version on the web site supports only event occuring when

printing/previewing page. This event allows to draw simple headers and

footers yourself.

Newer version (available for registered users) supports headers and footers

(and importing them from RTF), but with serious limitation: the same

header/footer for all pages, without calculated fields (like page numbers)
