I suppose, this button still has Ctrl+Z shortcut. Since its action is

removed, this button does nothing, but still processes this shortcut

("steals" it from the editor)

It will be on the next update (always for SaveHTMLEx, and if

rvsoForceNonTextCSS is in Options parameter of SaveHTML).

Page breaks will be saved as "page-break-before: always"
