RichView uses global printer settings of application.

They can be modified by assigning properties of global Printer object (unit

Printers), or by standard dialogs TPrintDialog, TPrinterSetupDialog.

After making changes, richview document should be repaginated before

printing/previewing (call FormatPages)

Do you need to change paper size from code, or to allow user to select it?
