This is an extended version of Demos\Delphi\Assorted\Printing\ReportHelper\

It can not only print, but also display a print preview of the first page,

save pages to metafiles (one image file per page) and to pdf (using

LLPDFLib)

This demo uses temporal metafile to draw a PDF page.

But today I received an updated version of LLPDFLib which should correctly

scale RichView docs without metafiles. If this is true, I'll upload updated

version of this demo tomorrow.
