rvActionFontBackColor changes background of text.

rvActionFillColor may be a redundant action. It allows to set the color of

- text or

- text background or

- paragraph background or

- table cell (if possible) or

- table (if possible).

All these colors can be changed by other actions, but here they are

concentrated in one place.

No, the only help available - readme.rvf loaded in the ActionTest by

default.
