I have readen in the newsgroup a message from Hon Yuen about a 'Ruler'.

Sergei answered that "ruler can be used without other actions and

components.""

But I just never heard about this feature !! How can I use it ? Is it a RV

property ? If so, it does not appears in the Objects inspector... Please
