TfrmRVInsertSymbol is one of RichViewActions forms. It is displayed by

InsertSymbol action and when choosing a character for a bullet.

I do not know why it happens. Probably this resource localization did

something wrong with RichViewActions form resources.

And it's useless to localize RichViewActions' forms resources - all captions

will be reassinged by RichViewActions localization procedure
