Resizing RVPrintPreview's background template

When you display RVPrintPreview you see, in the background, a blank sheet of

paper with dotted lines around the margins. When text is added it is

inserted within the margins of this paper. I am calling this the "print

template" for lack of a better word.

Can I resize this "print template" programatically without changing the

printer's settings? In other words even though my printer is set to 8-1/2 x

11 portrait I would like to resize RVPrintPreview to display at 4 x 7-1/2.

Can this be done?
