Hi,

I'll continue working on RB wrapper after completing localization of

RichViewActions.

First version of localization will include 2 languages: "English (US)" and

"Russian" and a way to create new localizations.

Currently, all dialogs and messages are localized. Work will be finished

when captions and hints of actions will be localized.
