In newer version (available for registered users) there is a new event,

where you can disallow editing certain cells.

Besides, you can use read-only paragraphs (rvpaoReadOnly in

paragraph.Options) for these cells.

There are no methods for this.

But I think it's possible. I'll try to make a demo today.
