This project requires me to print and view legal documents. This means that i need pixel perfect control of where the text is placed on a page. - Do you think that TRichview is the right tool to get this done ? In trying to get the placement right, i find that i need to use tables with all BestWidth's and BestHeight's set. This means i have to put all paragraphs inside a table (because otherwise i have no control over on what position the elements are displayed - right ?). Now to add text to a paragraph inside a table a use the AddNL function. When i use -1 as the paragraph style all is fine. Now i want to have the text in the paragraph (in the table) to be center aligned. This requires me to supply the ParagraphStyleNo as a parameter. However, this gives me a (second ?) paragraph in the table, and the effect of that is that the row is much higher then it needs to be. (Because of an unused empty first paragraph is what i suspect ?) Is there any way that is can set the Paragraph style without adding a new paragraph ? - What i dont want is that the table is vertically groiwing because i need different parastyle. Am i missing something here ? I hope i have succeeded in explaining what i mean ? - if not please ask me to clarify it further... Thanks in advance - Jeroen |
