put tesxt in TRichViewEdit component on TImage canvas

Hi,

I have a TRichViewEdit component where the user can enter his/her name in

Japanese, Chinese characters, etc. I want to copy the person's name from

the TRichViewEdit component to a TImage component. I tried using CopyRect

and other functions to get the person's name in Japanese into the TImage

canvas but I can't get it work. Is there a way to "export" the text in a

TRichViewEdit component to a TImage canvas - something similar to the print

function, perhaps, that prints to a TImage canvas rather than a printer canvas?
