TRVOfficeConverter component has OnConverting event. When importing using

this component, there are two stages: (1) conversion from file format to RTF

(2) RTF import. OnConverting shows the progress of the first stage.

TRichView has OnProgress event. Currently it shows only progress of

importing large (>20K) RTF files, but it's planned to use it in other cases

in future (for example, RVF and text import).

TRVHtmlImporter does not have such event.
