I think that inserting header in each page of document is not a good idea.

I'd recomment alternatives:

- (1) use RVPrint.SetHeader and SetFooter (if you need the same header and

the same footer for all pages)

- draw it in OnPagePrepaint. (2) If headers and footers are simple, you can

draw them yourself. (2) If they are formatted documents, you can use

TRVReportHelper.

I can make an example, if you want. Which of (1) (2) (3) do you need?
