I do not know. I know Indy (included in new versions of Delphi) can parse

MIME-encoded message attachments (TIdMessage), but I never used it

For RTF, you need to store RTF content in TMemoryStream and load it with

RichViewEdit.LoadRTFFromStream.

For HTML, save it to string and use TRVHTMLImporter

In both cases, provide images in RichViewEdit.OnImportPicture event.
