You are right, there is a bug in saving spacing in RTF.

Open CRVData.pas, find SaveParaStyle function.

In this function, find "SpaceBefore" and replace it with

"Round(SpaceBefore*tpp)", find "SpaceAfter" and replace it with

"Round(SpaceAfter*tpp)".

PS: small attachements are OK.
