Windows has a standard dialog for page setup, including margins.

For some reasons (unknown to me) this dialog is not implemented as a

standard Delphi dialog.

You can search for third party components.

For example,  Delphi Free Stuff Package by Brad Stowers has

TdfsPageSetupDialog:

When I tested it last time, it has a problem - exception on creation if no

printer is installed.

If this bug still exists, you can create it at run-time only if

Printer.PrinterIndex<>-1.

Or you can use Windows API :)
