When I resize an image with the mouse in RichViewEdit v1.9 I'd like to optimize

it. The image looks a little bit 'rude' in comparison with an image which

has been resized in PhotoShop. (I know the technique to optimize images like

PhotoShop)  Is there a way how to optimize an image after resizing it?
