New feature request: highlightening of text

Just an idea for a new feature that would be useful (when you have

implemented all your own ideas): Highlightening of text and possibly other

items. One use would be to mark all words found in a search or mark all

items with a special tag. The visual effect could be similar to selecting:

background color that is not printed.
