How to add contents of rv2 to rv1:

var Stream: TMemoryStream;

Stream := TMemoryStream.Create;

rv2.SaveRVFToStream(Stream, 0);

Stream.Position := 0;

rv1.InsertRVFFromStream(Stream, rv1.ItemCount);

Stream.Free;

rv1.FormatTail;

// if rv1 is TRichViewEdit, call rv1.ClearUndo
