Mouse over hyperlink show cursor

I have added the unit named ForceHypertext which handles the mouse cursor

when mouse move to hyperlink. when mouse over a text hyperlink, the cursor

changed to handcursor, but when mouse over an image it doesn't changed. How

can I change the cursor?
