The real problem I suppose is that i just don't do it often enough. Did you know that Steve (surname?), the Borland author of Action Bands, has put a TPopUpActionEx component on an update patch on his homepages. Email if you don't know the details. The idea is to integrate XP themes into pop-ups. It needs an ActionManager rather than an ActionList, and I 've started to port your Actions demo into an Action Manager. So far no problem.
