It's better to use InsertStringTag tage for inserting URL. This function

always inserts exactly one item, but its string parameter must not contain

#10 and #13.

Besides, you can use functions from

http://www.trichview.com/support/files/rvlinear.zip. They allow use

richedit-like (SelStart and SelLength) coordinates, instead or RichView's

itemno and offsets.
