Insert it as

RichViewEdit1.InsertPicture('http://www.xxx.com//images/top_text1.gif',

Graphic, rvvaBaseLine)

Then, process OnHTMLSaveImage:

  BackgroundColor: TColor; var Location: String; var DoDefault: Boolean);
