Hello,

SetCurrentTags changes tag of item in the position of caret ("text item" is

a text of the same style (formatting), with the same tag and without hard

line breaks).

In order to apply tag to the selected items, you need to iterate through all

selected items (see GetSelectionBounds) and change their tags.

RichViewActions project has TRVActionInsertHyperlink which does this work.
