Hyperlinks not works after save then load RVF

I'm making text with hyperlinks, while text not saved Ctrl+LeftClick opens

hyperlink in browser.

If I save RVF then loads it RichViewEdit shows my links but making

Ctrl+LeftClick on them does nothing :(
