Sorry, neither RVHTMLImporter nor MS Office text converter can read CSS.

All RichView users who implemented reading CSS with HTML in TRichViw used

either thirdparty or their own HTML parsers.

Try to insert this file into TRichView. All formatting are not imported.

Why? This htm is created using TRichView as well with rvsoInlineCSS added.
