How do I set the filter of a rvActionInsertPicture1-dialog (= OpenPictureDialog?)

which RichViewActions uses?

For example:

When the rvActionInsertPicture1-Dialog shows, I only want to use .ico-files

or .jpg-files.

When I use 'rvActionInsertPicture1->Filter = "JPEG Files|*.jpg;*.jpeg;*.jpe|";'

everything works fine when the Dialog pops up. But when I use the ItemProperties

to change an image, the filtersetting is turned to the standard settings.

Could you give me a hint?
