How Can Sync page setup and richviewedit?

Hi;

- I want to make page layout view on the richviewedit. The user will see

page layout (left,rigth,top,bottom margins and the writing area. How can

I sync page setup and richviewedit?

- We see the pagebreak only one line. Is it possible to see the page break

a bar or think line?
