How can I make current paragraph look different?

Hi,

I know I can use ApplyParaStyle to set current paragraph's style, but when

the user moves caret and changes the current paragraph to another, how can

I set the paragraph style back

to the normal style?

For example, I want the current paragraph to have a border and the others

don't. How can I do?
