TrvActionInsertTable has many properties common with table (for example,

CellHSpacing and CellVSpacing). They will be assigned to the inserted table.

Besides, if you need to do some addition processing, this action has event

OnInserting.

If you need RTF-style table, assign -1 to both cell spacing properties
