Error: RVScroll.dcu not found

I get the following error after I installed the RichView Component. The

component installs 100%. But when I run the application I get an Error: File

not found: RVScroll.dcu.

I have added the directory in the library and checked both files exist"

RVScroll.dcu and RVScroll.pas"
