This error occurs during creating form with DBRichView which includes table.

It is generated by GlobalFixupReferences procedure from Classes module. At

the beginning is interesting comment:

    // Fixup resolution requires a stable component / name space

    // Block construction and destruction of forms / datamodules during

fixups
