Ok, I'll see that I can do...

But you can consider another approach.

For example, MS Outlook Express allows inserting any characters while

editing e-mail.

But when user saves/sends this e-mail, it warns if there are some characters

that do not belong to the chosen character set. If user confirms, it

converts these characters to others (for example, to '?')
