cyrillic supprot problems

My problem is that on a computer, that has all of "Regional and Language

Options" set properly to Bulgarian, rich edit controls look like "??????????

????????? ???" when containig text in Bulgarian.

This problem has appeared only on one machine - it is not a all the time and

this refers only to rich edit controlss.

Please answer me if you know what might the problem be.
