I checked your example.

Your form has FormStyle = fsStayOnTop.

When you press color button, non-modal color selection form is shown. Below

your form.

As for opening RichViewActions forms: before opening any RichViewActions

form file you need to open file with its ancestor form. All RichViewActions

forms are inherited from the form from BaseRVFrm.pas
