Clearing RichViewEdit

Hello,

I would like to clear a TRichViewEdit completely, including background color,

etc.

What happens is:

I have a text loaded in the RichViewEdit, which has a background color set,

let's say red.

Now, to clear the contents of the RichViewEdit completey, I call:

- RichViewEdit.Clear;

- RichViewEdit.DeleteUnusedStyles (true, true, true);

- RichViewEdit.Format;

I would suppose that this clears everything, but the background color stays

red.

Is there a different way to totally get rid of everything displayed in the

RichViewEdit?
