In RVRTF unit, there is a procedural variable RV_AfterImportGraphic having

type

TRV_AfterImportGraphicsProc = procedure(Graphic: TGraphic);

It is called for each image imported with RTF.

By default it points to the function that does nothing.

You can create your function which will modify graphic and assign it to

RV_AfterImportGraphic.

The method above can be used if you want to modify pictures themselves, not

to scale them in RichView.
