Change inputed text to Unicode?

I'm sure I've set all Richviewedit styles to unicode only,but when I use some

Chinese IME to imput some special symbol(¡¢), it show as ¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ¡õ.How

can I do?

I guess that what I try to input is not unicode text? If this is the right

answer, how can I change the inputed text to unicode before it display in

TRichviewEdit?
