More exactly, you need these converters but do not need Word itself.

Other application may distribute their own or Microsoft text converters that

can be used in TRVOfficeConverters.

May be some converters are included in Windows/IE, I am not sure.

Besides, as far as I know, Microsoft offers free downloading of some

converters.

It looks like this one imports from Word97/2000:

Unfortunately, I currently do not have "clean" (without Office) installation

of Windows to test.
